Beijing China Sciences Runyu Environmental Technology (301175.SZ) announced that its shareholder Shenzhen Guoke Ruihua Third Phase Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Guoke Ruihua") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding trading within three months after the date of this announcement. The number of shares to be reduced will not exceed 14.7188 million shares (1% of the total share capital of the company).
