DREAMEAST (00593) announces, in accordance with the order made by the High Court on August 14, 2024, Mr. Ma Demin and Mr. Huang Guoqiang of Kai Jin Enterprise Consultants Limited have been appointed as the joint and several liquidators of the company. As of August 14, 2024, the authorized representative of the company has been changed from Ms. Chen Qianyi to the joint and several liquidators, Mr. Ma Demin and Mr. Huang Guoqiang. Furthermore, trading of the company's shares will continue to be suspended.

Some shareholders of Haixin Foods (002702.SZ) mistakenly conducted short-term trading due to the error of their relatives and issued an apology.
