CITIC SEC (06030): CITIC SEC International intends to provide guarantee for the issuance of USD 18 million medium-term notes by CSI MTN Limited.

CITIC SEC (06030) announced that its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary CITIC SEC International's affiliate CSI MTN Limited ("Issuer") established an overseas medium-term note program on March 29, 2022 with a maximum principal amount of 3 billion US dollars (or equivalent in other currencies), hereinafter referred to as the Medium Term Note Program, guaranteed by CITIC SEC International. The Issuer issued a note under the Medium Term Note Program on September 20, 2024 with an issuance amount of 18 million US dollars. After this issuance, the total principal amount of notes issued by the Issuer under the Medium Term Note Program amounts to 1.031 billion US dollars.
