REMT(00601): Lin Pengxuan resigns as an independent non-executive director.

REMT (00601) announced that the Board of Directors has received the resignation letter of Lin Pengxuan, who informed the Board that he needs to dedicate more time to his own business, and as a result, he is resigning from his positions as an independent non-executive director of the company, as well as member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee under the Board. The resignation will take effect on September 23, 2024.
