GENOR-B(06998): Zhou Honghao Resigns as Independent Non-Executive Director

GENOR-B (06998) has released an announcement that Mr. Zhou Honghao (Mr. Zhou) has resigned as an independent non-executive director due to being unable to continue serving as per the "Management Measures for Part-time Academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering (Trial)" and shall take effect from September 18, 2024. After his resignation, Mr. Zhou will no longer serve as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
