CDB LEASING (01606) announced that the company has entered into a factoring agreement with the factoring bank and lessee Jin Cheng Guang Shun New Energy on September 20, 2024. The company agreed to assign the remaining accounts receivable under the finance lease agreement and related rights to the factoring bank. The factoring bank agreed to purchase the accounts receivable and related rights, providing the company with a factoring price of 749 million yuan and offering non-recourse factoring services.
