Guizhou Sanli Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (603439.SH) announced that it intends to acquire 40% of the equity of its controlling subsidiary Guizhou Sankang Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), held by Guizhou Health Agricultural Traditional Chinese Medicine Ingredients Industry Development Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Health Farm") for a transfer price of 40 million RMB, to be paid in cash.

Zhejiang Jinfei Kaida Wheel (002863.SZ) plans to distribute a cash dividend of 0.05 yuan per 10 shares on September 27, ex-dividend.

TESSON HOLDINGS (01201) plans to issue 120 million subscription shares at a discount of approximately 3.85%, raising approximately HKD 11.6 million net.
