AUSTASIA GROUP (02425) announced that on September 18, 2024, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Chunyuan Ranch Limited, entered into a financing agreement with several financial institutions (lenders) for a total of RMB 440 million. The purpose of this financing is to refinance existing loans of RMB 170 million and provide additional working capital financing of RMB 270 million.
