China Pacific Insurance (02601) announced that the company has recently received the approval from the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission for the appointment of Mr. Dong Zhiqiang and Ms. Zhou Liyun as supervisors of China Taiping Overseas Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. The appointment of Mr. Dong Zhiqiang and Ms. Zhou Liyun as supervisors of the company has been approved by the regulatory authority. Their term as supervisors will take effect from September 13, 2024.
