QUNABOX GROUP (00917) intends to appoint Wu Xiuwei as the new joint company secretary.

QUNABOX GROUP (00917) announced that Ms. Feng Baoting (Ms. Feng) has submitted her resignation, resigning from her position as one of the joint company secretaries of the company, the authorized representative (authorized representative) as mentioned in Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and the authorized person under Part 16 of the Company Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules to represent the company in receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong; and Mr. Cheng Xingsen (Mr. Cheng) has resigned from his position as joint company secretary due to further work adjustments, both effective from September 20, 2024. After resigning as joint company secretary, Mr. Cheng will continue to serve as the company's Legal Director and Assistant to the Chairman. Following Ms. Feng's departure and Mr. Cheng's job reassignment, the company proposes to appoint Ms. Wu Xiuwei as the new joint company secretary, authorized representative, and authorized person for legal process documents; and Ms. Wang Zan as another new joint company secretary, both effective from September 20, 2024.
