NAMESON HLDGS (01982) subsidiary enters into construction contract with contractor.

NAMESON HLDGS(01982) announced that on September 20, 2024, S. Power (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a construction contract with contractor (Phuong Vu Construction Investment Corporation) to provide construction services to S. Power for an amount of 900 million Vietnamese dong (equivalent to approximately HK$28.57 thousand). The contractor was appointed to provide lightning protection and grounding construction services in the second phase of construction at S. Power's (Vietnam) factory (located in Vietnam, producing fabrics and knitwear). The construction project is expected to be completed by June 2025, with a ten-year warranty period.
