Invengo Information Technology(002161.SZ) announced that on September 18, 2024, the company received a notification from Mr. Xu Yusuo and Ms. Chen Guangzhu, the actual controllers, that they have signed a "Termination Agreement of Stock Transfer Agreement" with Dingtai Sifang (Shenzhen) Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Dingtai Sifang (Shenzhen) Asset Management Co., Ltd., also known as "Dingtai Sifang"). Both parties have reached a consensus on the termination of the agreement regarding the transfer of company shares.
