MAANSHAN IRON (00323) announced that Maanshan Steel Group acquired 5.1871 million A-shares of the company through the Shanghai Stock Exchange on September 19, 2024, accounting for 0.07% of the total share capital. The total amount of the acquisition was RMB 9.511 million.

Jiangsu Topfly New Materials (001373.SZ) intends to collectively reduce its holdings by no more than 2% of its shares.
