Kunwu Jiuding Investment Holdings (600053.SH) has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kunwu Jiuding Investment Holdings Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Kunwu Jiuding"), plans to increase capital by 20 million yuan with its indirect controlling shareholder, Kunwu Jiuding Investment Holdings Management Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jiuding Group"), and affiliated company Lhasa Kunwu Jiuding Industrial Investment Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Lhasa Kunwu"), to its equity investment company Jutai Fund. Kunwu Jiuding will contribute 6.84 million yuan, Jiuding Group will contribute 6.58 million yuan, and Lhasa Kunwu will contribute 6.58 million yuan.
