Hainan Haiqi Transportation Group (603069.SH) announced that it plans to transfer 100% equity of Ledong Jiusuo Station Development and Construction Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jiusuo Station") through listing. The above target assets are planned to be publicly listed for transfer by Hainan Property Rights Exchange Co., Ltd.

Sun Yat-sen Investment increased its holdings in GF SEC (01776) by 1,050,000 shares, with a price of HK$6.335 per share.

Xi'an Sinofuse Electric (301031.SZ) will distribute 1.003962 yuan per 10 shares for the first half of the year. The record date is September 26th.
