CHINA HEALTH (00673) announced that, following the recommendation of the company's audit committee, the board of directors has proposed the appointment of Beijing Xinghua Dingfeng Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. as the company's auditor to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of KPMG. The term of the appointment will last until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
