Yuexiu Property (00123) announced that, according to the "Guangzhou Urban Construction Development Limited Company's 2024 public issuance of corporate bonds for professional investors (second phase) announcement", the issuance size of the Guangzhou Urban Construction Development Limited Company's 2024 public issuance of corporate bonds for professional investors (second phase) (hereinafter referred to as "this bond") shall not exceed 10.00 billion yuan (including 10.00 billion yuan). This bond is divided into two varieties: a 6-year term with the issuer's option to adjust the face interest rate, redemption option, and investor put option at the end of the third year; and a 10-year term. The issuance of this bond was completed on September 18, 2024. The issuance size for the 6-year term was 2 billion yuan, with a face interest rate of 2.15% and an oversubscription ratio of 7 times; while the issuance size for the 10-year term was 8 billion yuan, with a face interest rate of 2.78% and an oversubscription ratio of 1.1 times.
