UNITED ENERGY GP (00467) announced that Mr. Yao Zhisheng (Mr. Yao) has been appointed as an executive director and deputy chairman of the company, effective from September 18, 2024.

BEKE-W (02423) spent about 5 million dollars repurchasing 1.09 million shares on September 17th.

SRE GROUP (01207) is currently in discussions and negotiations with lenders and will continue to be suspended from trading.
