According to statistics from the Shenzhen Real Estate Intermediary Association, in the 37th week of 2024, there were 918 second-hand houses (including self-used) recorded in Shenzhen, with a 3.6% increase compared to the previous week. Although there was a slight increase in the number of second-hand houses recorded this week, there was an extra working day compared to the previous week, indicating that the current activity level in the second-hand housing market has not shown significant improvement. According to public data on the number of second-hand houses for sale provided by the Shenzhen Real Estate Intermediary Association, as of September 18, there were a total of 63,763 valid second-hand houses for sale in Shenzhen, a decrease of 360 units from the previous week. Among them, Futian decreased by 86 units from the previous week with 9,695 units available for sale, Longgang decreased by 78 units with 16,874 units available for sale, and Nanshan decreased by 73 units with 10,893 units available for sale.
