Naipu Mining Machinery (300818.SZ) announced that the company has recently received a notification from its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Zheng Hao, that Zheng Hao has completed the release of the pledge of 10.311 million shares of the company (accounting for 6.73% of the total share capital) held directly by him.
