Shenzhen Gas Corporation (601139.SH) announced that the Board of Directors recently received the resignation application from Zhang Xiaodong. Due to reaching retirement age, Zhang applied to resign from the positions of director, president of the fifth board of directors, member of the Board of Directors Strategic Committee, and other positions in the company. The resignation will take effect from the date of delivery of the application.
