TOPSTANDARDCORP (08510) announced that effective from September 16, 2024: Ye Qizhi has resigned as an independent non-executive director, member of the audit and risk management committee, nomination committee, and remuneration committee, as he intends to devote more time to his personal or other business development. Wang Qingyun has also resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit and risk management committee, and member of the nomination committee and remuneration committee for the same reason. Effective from September 16, 2024: Ding Weiyu has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and member of the audit and risk management committee, nomination committee, and remuneration committee. Zuo Tifen has also been appointed as an independent non-executive director and member of the audit and risk management committee, nomination committee, and remuneration committee. Deng Zhaoming (currently serving as an independent non-executive director and chairman of the remuneration committee, as well as a member of the audit and risk management committee and nomination committee) has been reassigned as the chairman of the audit and risk management committee.
