LINOCRAFT HLDGS (08383) announces that Lam Wing Tai has resigned as the company secretary and will no longer be the authorized representative of the company under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, as well as the authorized representative of the company under Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance for the acceptance of legal process documents or notices in Hong Kong (collectively referred to as the "authorized representative"), effective from September 16, 2024.
