JIANGXI BANK (01916) announced that Mr. Yu Minxin submitted his resignation to the board of directors on September 14, 2024, due to a change in his job position. He will step down as a non-executive director of the Bank and as a member of the Board's Strategic Development and Digital Transformation Committee, effective from September 14, 2024.
