VIRSCEND EDU (01565) announces that, based on the recommendation of the company's audit committee, the board of directors has decided to appoint Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP (EY) as the group's auditor to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of KPMG. This appointment will take effect from September 14, 2024 until the end of the company's next annual general meeting.
