("Zhaoqing Huizhan") to individual Liang Longfei at a transfer price of 5.7748 million RMB; planning to transfer 100% of the equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Dongguan National Sports Equipment Co., Ltd. ("National Sports") to individual Liang Longfei at a transfer price of 18.12 million RMB; planning to transfer 100% of the equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Dongguan National Polymer Material Co., Ltd. ("National Polymer") to individual Liang Longfei at a transfer price of 18.5 million RMB.
