ANTON OILFIELD (03337): Repurchase of subsidiary company's equity

ANTON OILFIELD (03337) announced on September 6, 2024 that its subsidiary, Anton Oilfield Services Limited, Anton New Energy and their respective investors have entered into an agreement. According to the agreement, the subsidiary will repurchase the shares sold by the investors in the subsidiary for a total consideration of RMB 250 million.
