On August 20, the People's Bank of China authorized the National Interbank Funding Center to announce the Loan Prime Rate (LPR) for August 20, 2024. The LPR for August 20, 2024 is: 1-year LPR at 3.35%, and 5-year and above LPR at 3.85%. The above LPR rates will be effective until the next LPR announcement.
