State Post Bureau: Postal industry business revenue in July reached 133.44 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 11.7%.

According to data from the State Post Bureau, in July, the postal industry completed 15.8 billion deliveries, an increase of 20.1% year-on-year. Among them, the express delivery volume reached 14.26 billion, up 22.2% year-on-year. In July, the postal industry's revenue reached 133.44 billion yuan, an increase of 11.7% year-on-year. Among them, express delivery revenue reached 110.77 billion yuan, an increase of 14.1% year-on-year.
From January to July, the postal industry completed a total of 105.23 billion deliveries, an increase of 20.4% year-on-year. Among them, the express delivery volume reached 94.42 billion, an increase of 23.0% year-on-year. From January to July, the domestic express delivery volume reached 8.69 billion, an increase of 19.7%; the cross-regional express delivery volume reached 83.75 billion, an increase of 23.3%; the international/Hong Kong/Macao/Taiwan express delivery volume reached 1.98 billion, an increase of 22.7%.
From January to July, the postal industry's revenue (excluding the direct operating income of postal savings banks) reached 939.8 billion yuan, an increase of 10.8% year-on-year. Among them, express delivery revenue reached 763.78 billion yuan, an increase of 15.0% year-on-year. From January to July, domestic, cross-regional, and international/Hong Kong/Macao/Taiwan express delivery volumes accounted for 9.2%, 88.7%, and 2.1% of the total express delivery volume, respectively. Compared with the same period last year, the proportion of domestic express delivery volume decreased by 0.3 percentage points, while the proportion of cross-regional express delivery volume increased by 0.3 percentage points, and the proportion of international/Hong Kong/Macao/Taiwan express delivery volume remained basically the same.
From January to July, the proportion of express delivery volume in the eastern, central, and western regions was 72.9%, 18.5%, and 8.6%, respectively, while the proportion of revenue was 74.8%, 15.0%, and 10.2%, respectively. Compared with the same period last year, the proportion of express delivery volume in the eastern region decreased by 2.2 percentage points, and the revenue proportion decreased by 1.3 percentage points. The proportion of express delivery volume in the central region increased by 1.3 percentage points, and the revenue proportion increased by 0.7 percentage points. The proportion of express delivery volume in the western region increased by 0.9 percentage points, and the revenue proportion increased by 0.6 percentage points.
From January to July, the concentration index of the top 8 express and parcel service brands was 85.2, a decrease of 0.1 from January to June.
