On August 9th, the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the "Notice on the overseas issuance and listing filing of STAK Inc. (Stark Industrial Group Limited)". Stark Industrial Group plans to issue no more than 5,750,000 ordinary shares and list on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange in the United States.
