China Index Academy: From January to June, the total number of properties sold nationwide through judicial auctions is approximately 78,000, with a total transaction amount of 1229.5 billion.

According to the Wise Finance APP, the China Index Research Institute stated that as of the end of June, the total number of various types of properties listed for auction in the national judicial auction market in the first half of 2025 reached 369,000 units, a decrease of about 3.3% compared to the first half of 2024, which was 382,000 units. The total number of properties sold accumulated to about 78,000 units, with a total transaction amount of 122.95 billion yuan. This represents a decrease of about 0.9% compared to the same period last year, when there were 79,000 properties sold with a total transaction amount of 153.39 billion yuan, a decrease of about 19.8% year-on-year. Looking at different provinces and cities, in the first half of 2025, some top provinces and cities in the judicial auction housing market saw an increase in the number of listings and transactions compared to the same period last year. Provinces such as Guangdong, Sichuan, Chongqing, and Henan ranked high in terms of listings.
