Shunbo Alloy announced that the company plans to issue A-shares to specific targets, with the number of shares not exceeding 100 million and the total amount of funds raised not exceeding 600 million yuan, for the construction of projects including 630,000 tons per year of aluminum alloy ingot and 500,000 tons per year of aluminum sheet and strip.
