Xiamen Hexing Packaging Printing Co., Ltd. announced that the conversion price of "Hexing Convertible Bonds" will be adjusted due to the implementation of the equity distribution for the year 2024. The conversion price before adjustment is 3.27 yuan per share, and after adjustment, it will be 3.10 yuan per share, with the adjusted price taking effect from July 30, 2025. During this period, the conversion of "Hexing Convertible Bonds" will be temporarily suspended from July 22 to 29, 2025, and will resume on July 30. This adjustment has been approved by the company's board of directors and is in accordance with the prospectus and relevant regulations.
