Central enterprises support Tibet again! Billions of investments implemented.

Reporters learned today at the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission's conference in Lhasa on supporting the high-quality development of Tibet that central government-owned enterprises are stepping up their support for Tibet, with a number of new projects being signed to focus on improving people's livelihoods. During the conference, 16 central enterprises signed 75 investment agreements for industrial projects with the Tibet Autonomous Region, with a total investment of 317.537 billion yuan. In addition, the central enterprises also signed agreements with Tibet on employment support, financial support, and consumer assistance. The signed industrial projects mainly focus on Tibet's urgent needs in clean energy, green minerals, electricity and communication, infrastructure, and other key areas. It is expected that after completion and operation, these projects will directly create over 11,400 new jobs.
