The Maritime Bureau of the Ministry of Transport has dispatched a working group to guide in Guangxi, and the Guangxi Maritime Bureau has sent three supervision teams to coastal cities to guide typhoon prevention efforts. At the same time, close attention is being paid to the potential impact of strong winds and heavy rainfall brought by the typhoon on inland rivers. Inland river bureaus in Nanning, Guigang, Wuzhou, and Laibin have raised their response level to level four for inland ship flood prevention at 9 am today, implementing measures to restrict ferry operations to ensure that "when necessary, stop all operations, when necessary, close all terminals, when necessary, evacuate all personnel".
