According to the latest news from the Hong Kong Observatory, the No. 10 typhoon warning signal was issued at 9:20 am, with an average wind speed expected to reach 118 kilometers per hour or more in Hong Kong. The Observatory is urging citizens to stay indoors, away from doors and windows, seek shelter in a safe place, and be alert to changes in wind direction.
