All offshore platform operators have been evacuated for safety, resulting in a significant decrease in natural gas power generation and supply on Weizhou Island, affecting the island's power generation capacity. During the period of Typhoon "Veppa", electricity on the island will prioritize ensuring the normal operation of essential departments such as hospitals, water treatment plants, and sewage treatment plants. If the typhoon wind is strong, the power supply lines may be impacted, and the power supply department will try to ensure the normal operation of the lines as much as possible under the premise of safety.
