China Information: Controlling shareholder Shenma Software releases pledge on 44 million shares.

Shenzhou Information announced that its controlling shareholder, Shencode Software, completed an early repurchase transaction for pledged stocks on July 17, 2025, releasing 44 million shares from pledge. Among them, 42 million shares represent 10.78% of its holdings and 4.30% of the company's total share capital; 2 million shares represent 0.51% of its holdings and 0.20% of the company's total share capital. After this release of pledge, all shares held by Shencode Software have been released from pledge.
