New York gold futures rose more than 0.9%, rising above $3270 at one point.

On Tuesday afternoon in New York, spot gold rose by 0.54% to $3253.78 per ounce. At 9:45 Beijing time, it fell below $3220, hitting a new daily low, but then rebounded and rose to $3265.59 per ounce at 14:51, setting a new daily high. A V-shaped reversal occurred around 10:00 before and after the release of US CPI data. COMEX gold futures rose by 0.96% to $3259.00 per ounce. At 9:45, it dipped to $3220.10, hitting a new daily low, before rebounding to $3270.40 per ounce at 14:51, setting a new daily high, and then fluctuating at a high level. The Philadelphia Gold and Silver Index closed up by 0.17% at 179.44 points. Spot silver rose by 1.00% to $32.9308 per ounce. COMEX silver futures rose by 1.47% to $33.105 per ounce. COMEX copper futures rose by 1.99% to $4.7130 per pound.
