Ningde Times announced that it has received a notice from its shareholder and vice chairman Li Ping, stating that in order to support the development of education, Li Ping and his spouse have signed a donation agreement with the Education Development Foundation of Fudan University, titled "Fudan University Xue Min Natural Science Research Fund Donation Agreement". Li Ping and his spouse intend to donate 4.05 million shares of Ningde Times' unrestricted tradable stocks to the foundation free of charge. The donated shares will be used to establish the "Fudan University Xue Min Natural Science Research Fund".
