CATL: Vice Chairman Li Ping and his spouse plan to donate 4.05 million shares of CATL stock to the Fudan University Education Development Foundation free of charge.

CATL announcement: CATL has received notification from its shareholder and vice chairman Li Ping that, in order to support the development of education, Li Ping and his spouse have signed a "Fudan University Xu Min Natural Science Research Fund donation agreement" with the Fudan University Education Development Foundation. Li Ping and his spouse intend to donate 4.05 million shares of CATL's unlimited tradable shares to the foundation free of charge. The donated shares will be used to establish the "Fudan University Xu Min Natural Science Research Fund."
