The departure facilities of the second passenger terminal building at Hong Kong International Airport were officially put into use on the 27th. This terminal, which has been expanded at a cost of approximately HK$12.9 billion over several years, embraces global passengers with a brand new image through the perfect fusion of technology and art. Colorful corals, swaying seaweed, schools of deep-sea fish swimming around... In the departure hall, a giant LED screen decorates the space into an immersive underwater world. Airport staff said that in the future, they will continue to change the screen themes according to the seasons, providing travelers with a new visual feast for their journey.
