310mm310mmFOCoSFOCoS-Bridge2027 Sun Moonlight Investment Control's Sun Moonlight Semiconductor, has developed the industry's first 310mm310mm panel-level packaging automated production line. The production line achieves seamless integration from wafer-level packaging to panel-level packaging, while also being compatible with the design specifications of the two major packaging platforms, FOCoS and FOCoS-Bridge, helping to enhance economies of scale. This new panel-level packaging production line is expected to officially start production in the first half of 2027.
