Announcement by Enjie Group: The company's subsidiary, Jiangsu Enjie, intends to acquire 100% equity of Jiangsu Aisi Kai held by SKIET, with a base purchase price of 400 million RMB. This transaction is subject to approval by the company's shareholders' meeting and confirmation from the State Administration for Market Regulation on the concentration of operators in this transaction. After the completion of the transaction, Jiangsu Enjie will hold 100% equity of Jiangsu Aisi Kai.
