Huasu Holdings announced that its major shareholder, Chengdu Xintong Wanhua Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., reduced its holdings of the company's shares by 10.73 million shares through centralized bidding from May 21 to May 26, 2026. The shareholding ratio before the reduction was 11.47% and decreased to 10.47% after the reduction, achieving a reduction percentage of 1%. Xintong Wanhua had previously planned to reduce its holdings by no more than 32.1938 million shares within 3 months. As of the announcement date, the remaining reduction methods have not yet been implemented.
