After the merger is completed, the controlling shareholder of the company changed from the Chuaneng Group to Sichuan Energy Development Group, with the actual controller remaining the Sichuan Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. As of the date of the announcement, the company's shares directly held by the Chuaneng Group have not completed the registration transfer process with China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited, and the relevant industrial and commercial change registration procedures have not been completed.
