The Shenzhou 23 manned spacecraft successfully completed autonomous rapid rendezvous and docking with the space station.

According to the China Manned Space Engineering Office, after the successful launch of the Shenzhou-23 manned spacecraft, at 2:45 am on May 25, 2026 Beijing time, it successfully docked at the radial port of the Tianhe core module of the space station. The entire docking process lasted about 3.5 hours. According to the mission plan, three astronauts will then enter the Tianhe core module from the Shenzhou-23 manned spacecraft. The Shenzhou-21 astronaut group has completed all preparations to welcome the Shenzhou-23 astronaut group to the Tianhe core module.
