Reporters learned from the Ministry of Emergency Management that the State Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters initiated a level four emergency response for flood control in Anhui on the 24th, and maintained a level four emergency response for flood control in Hunan, Hubei, and Chongqing. The office of the State Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters sent a working group to Chongqing to assist in guiding flood control and disaster relief work.
