Benin's new president, Talon, was sworn in.

On May 24th local time, Benin's newly elected president, Patrice Talon, was sworn in in Cotonou. The 49-year-old Talon previously served as the Minister of Economy and Finance in Benin. In the presidential election held in the country in April this year, Talon won with a high vote rate of over 94%.
