To scientifically and accurately implement flood control scheduling for water projects, enhance the safety of small and medium-sized reservoirs and construction projects during the flood season, and fully ensure the safety of the lives and property of the people. Currently, the Ministry of Water Resources is still maintaining a Level IV emergency response for flood defense in Jiangxi, Hubei, and Hunan provinces.
